Korea's Queen, Kim Yuna (24) apparently makes a lot of people heartbroken with the revelation of her dating ice hockey player, Kim Won Jun (30). Dispatch releases photos of them together wearing training outfits while holding hands. According to the reports, the two have developed close relationship as they are schoolmates in college Korea University. Moreover, the two share the same interest and even trained together in the same ice rink. Despite of their different training schedules, Yuna and Won Jun still find ample time to meet and support each other. In fact, Dispatch, who covered Kim Yuna's preparation for the recent Olympics since August last year witnessed that Kim Won Jun picked Yuna for a date on her birthday on September 5, apparently celebrating the day together.The ice lovers are meeting only twice a month due to their different training schedules. With the photos of them dating and detailed reports, Kim Yuna's side confirmed the news. All That Sports stated on their press release, "The reports from the articles are true. The two are really attached." Kim Won Jun's side also acknowledges the reports are facts. According to their companies, Kim Yuna and Kim Won Jun met in July, 2012 during their Korean University alumni and have grown feelings to each other. CONGRATULATIONS to the ICE COUPLE! Mandatory Credit: Richard Mackson-USA TODAY Sports Many were wondering what the next step for 2010 Olympic figure skating champion Yuna Kim would be after being upset by Russian Adelina Sotnikova at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi and bringing home the silver medal, but now we have an answer. Kim will be skating at a "farewell event" in her home country of South Korean this May. The event will be held in Seoul from May 4-6 and it is being billed as "Kim's last appearances on ice as a figure skater." The report comes from Yonhap News Agency. "I'd like to come up with a new gala program, since this will be my retirement event," Kim said in a press release. "I'd like to return at least some of the love I've received over the years." The 23 year old is known as one of the most graceful figure skaters in the sport and it will be great to see her take the ice one final time before saying goodbye to her fans.
