In the early '90s Pierre André Senizergues' empire began to take shape as he launched three new brands: éS, Emerica and ThirtyTwo. Soon after, he purchased the etnies brand and consolidated all four labels under the Sole Technology umbrella – a conglomerate of well-established labels with a storied and impressive track record. In recognition of his endeavors, Senizergues has received numerous accolades; including the Orange County Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Immigrant of the Year Award, OC Metro's Hot 25 and Most Influential CEO's in Orange County and Footwear News' Power 100. Recently, Hypebeast was invited into Senizergues' Malibu abode – a property created by Francois Perrin of the L.A.-based architecture firm Air Architecture. Doubling as both a residence and a dream skatepark, aesthetically the house combines mid-century design with distinct California lifestyle elements. As the above look suggests, Pierre André Senizergues' home is truly a labor of love with roots in individuality and expression – much like the action sport that put him on the map.
