Given the release of both the Croods soundtrack duet "Shine Your Way" with Owl City and her springtime Sixth Street EP, it's been a busy year for Yuna — and she's not done keeping her fans supplied with fresh material just yet. The 26-year-old Malaysian singer will follow up last year's self-titled international LP with the 11-track Nocturnal, due out October 29 on Verve.

The LP kicks off with the warm, finger-popping late-summer jam "Falling," and offers up 10 more pop- and R&B-tinged songs, like "I Wanna Go" (produced by Michael Einziger of Incubus), "Mountains," "Rescue" and "I Want You Back."

Hear "Falling" and catch the full Nocturnal tracklist below.

Yuna — "Falling"

1. Falling
2. Mountains
3. Rescue
4. Lights and Camera
5. Lovely Intermission
6. Someone Who Can
7. I Want You Back
8. Come Back
9. Colors
10. I Wanna Go
11. Escape

These Two Shine Bright On Their Soundtrack Song

Owl City and Yuna are feeling particularly bright and sunny on "Shine Your Way," their soundtrack offering for The Croods, which somehow manages to sound more upbeat than OC's hit Carly Rae Jepson collaboraton "Good Time." Adam Young produced the song with film composer Alan Silvestri and songwriter Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson, Alanis Morissette, No Doubt).

Synthy strings open "Shine Your Way" before a dance beat kicks in and Young and Yuna sing, "Open road but it's sitll dark, build a fire from a spark, shine, shine your way." All the right elements, both natural and musical, are present for this one to become a radio staple this spring — and for Malaysian songstress Yuna to finally break out in a big way.

Owl City & Yuna — "Shine Your Way"

"Shine Your Way" marks the third time Young has contributed a film to a movie soundtrack, following 2010′s "To The Sky" from Legend Of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga'Hoole and 2012′s "When Can I See You Again?" from Wreck-It Ralph. (Additionally, his song "Shooting Star" is currently being featured in Escape From Planet Earth.)

The Dreamworks/20th Century Fox animated film The Croods, which features the voices of Nicolas Cage, Ryan Reynolds and Emma Stone and tells the story of fire being discovered in prehistoric times, opens March 22. The Relativity Music Group soundtrack featuring "Shine Your Way" will be released on March 19 (pre-order here).

Owl City Yuna Shine Your Way Jay Leno

Shine Your Way Like A Diamond

Y'know that killer Owl City and Yuna tune "Shine Your Way" that we had the privilege of premiering a few weeks ago? It's making big moves already: From a Top 10 rendition on American Idol to a big performance last night on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, which saw the collaborators taking the stage for a sweetly inspirational take on the track.

While a little more stripped-down than the pumping album version (taken from the soundtrack for The Croods), it maintains its same uplifting bent — and Adam Young and Yuna look good together, don't they? (We're jealous of her head wrap.)

Watch up top.
