All orders are shipped from Malaysia via POS LAJU that is provided by POS MALAYSIA / and DHL (for International destination) You will receive a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting POS LAJU /Pos Malaysia / DHL Tracking System and entering your tracking number into the space provided.

EXCHANGE and RETURNS
Only dependable defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please email us and returned to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 3 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. Once we have confirmed with the defective items, we would immediately EXCHANGE non-defective / correct merchandises for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate use. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost.
NO CLAIMS on used goods. Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer, AND will only be resent at the Customers expense.
