Malaysian celebrity couple Diana Danielle and Farid Kamil have given their love story a happy ending. The actors solemnised their union on Saturday morning at the Flamingo Hotel in Ampang, Selangor.

The private garden-style akad nikah was witnessed by their parents and 300 close family members and friends.

A Pan-Asian beauty, Diana looked resplendant in traditional Malay bridal baju kurung designed by Wanpa. Farid played the blushing groom decked in Andy wedding suit.

For the akad nikah, he presented her with RM10,000 dowry (mas kahwin) and RM20,000 worth of gold investment as bridal money.

She also received a Kawasaki KSR 110 mini bike and an Al-Quran as wedding gifts.

"It's (Marriage) something that I like to do early in my life. It's always part of the plan. If I had my way, I would have done it four years ago," says the glowing bride, who will turn 21 on Nov 22.

The Hantu Gangster star maintains that she and Farid will keep their privates private after marriage. "We will not be doing photoshoot together as husband and wife after this. He will be doing things his way and I'll be doing things my way."

The newlyweds will host their wedding reception on her birthday at a yet-to-be disclosed location.
