<b>Saiful Apek</b> Freed Of Charges | Hype.my

Popular Malaysian comedian Saiful Apek was all smiles as the Magistrate Court of Petaling Jaya freed him of drug abuse charges. He was charged almost 3 years ago. This has been the second time the actor has been charged with drug related offences.

The court also passed the same judgement to his three friends Shah Zainatull Ehsan Al-Muazam Shah Yahya, 28, Shaiful Baharom, 24, dan Noremy Mohamad, 28.

According to sources, the offence was committed at Taman Putra Permai, Seri Kembangan at around 11.00pm, 12 Jun 2010. If found guilty, the accused could face up to 2 years imprisonment and a maximum fine of RM5,000.
