Posted: 14 Feb 2012 04:56 PM PST * SAIFUL Apek berjalan keluar selepas kesnya ditangguhkan pada 27 Mac depan oleh Mahkamah Majistret, Petaling Jaya semalam. PETALING JAYA - Pelawak terkenal Saiful Apek dan tiga rakannya disahkan positif dadah ganja selepas menjalani ujian air kencing susulan penahanan mereka di sebuah kondominium di Bandar Sunway, dua tahun lalu. Menurut Sarjan M. Sanggar, 48, dia diarahkan membuat ujian berkenaan oleh Cif Inspektor Shaifuddin Mohd. Zulkifli, 31, yang mengetuai serbuan terhadap keempat-empat tertuduh di sebuah unit kondominium No. 306, Blok C, Sunway Kondominium, Bandar Sunway pada pukul 10 malam, 12 Jun 2010. Namun Sanggar mengakui telah melakukan kesilapan pada butiran label bekas air kencing milik Saiful Apek dan tertuduh wanita, Noremy Mohamad apabila menulis tarikh 12 September 2010 sedangkan tarikh sebenar ialah 12 Jun 2010. Ketika diminta peguam Zambri Idrus yang mewakili tertuduh untuk menjelaskan kesilapan tersebut, saksi berkata, tidak apa yang perlu dijelaskan kerana ia memang kesilapannya. Zambri kemudian menuduh Sanggar berbohong dan kemungkinan barang kes telah diganggu namun anggota itu menafikan. |
