In Raya Pak Pak Pong on TV3 tomorrow at 9.30am, Salim Maula is a widower with three boys. When Ramadan approaches, he decides to provide his adult sons with capital to start a business. While his two older but lazy sons decide to take up the offer, his youngest declines, in order to spend his time praying and performing good deeds during Ramadan. The telemovie stars Aiman Hakim Ridza, Aliff Aziz, Syafie Naswip and Jalil Hamid.

Hari Raya Cendawan on TV3 this Sunday at 10.30am follows the exploits of Cendawan, who never felt the excitement of Hari Raya with his parents because they were always too busy working. This time he hatches an ingenious plan to get his parents and brother to celebrate Hari Raya together properly. Starring Izz Ilham, Naim Daniel, Puteri Sasha and Noorkhiriah.

Catch Abah Tak Balik Raya on Sunday, TV3 10pm, which tells the story of a young asthmatic whose father dies in the line of duty a day before Ramadan. His mother and elder sister have to come up with many creative stories to calm him down and distract him from the terrible truth. It stars Faezah Elai, Azhan Rani, Riz Amin and Yaya Maembong.

Esok Raya Beb on Sunday, TV1 at 10.05am, which stars Zul Huzaimy and Eira Syazira, follows Irwan who doesn't want to return to his kampung for Raya celebrations due to financial issues but soon changes his mind after listening to mellifluous Raya songs on the radio.

Ceritaku is a new series on TV3 that airs on Saturdays at 7.30pm. Each episode features three heart-wrenching true stories.

Another new series on TV3 at 8am on Saturdays is Geng Kampung Pisang, which follows the rivalry between AG and Hairi, the gang leaders in school. Starring Sari Yanti, Ikhwan and Hairi Safwan.

Japanese food lovers can check out new series Oyishi on 8TV at 6.30pm tomorrow. Hosted by Desmond Tey, the first episode of the food magazine programme features Japanese food in Nagoya.

Go behind the scenes of the popular fantasy-adventure sequel in The Making Of... Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters on Sunday, 8TV (10am). Directed by Thor Freudenthal it stars Logan Lerman, Brandon T. Jackson and Alexandra Daddario.
